This set the standard as Lindsay made his AFL debut in Round 1 of 2007.

Originally from Port Lincoln, Lindsay played football at the same junior club as the Burgoyne brothers, Graham Johncock, and Eddie Betts. Before moving to Adelaide at 16 where he commenced playing for the Port Adelaide Magpies.

An extremely crafty small forward, Lindsay has great football intelligence and can take a spectacular mark. At times his goal kicking accuracy has been a little wayward, however due to hard work over the last few seasons he has turned this around and is now rated as one of the best small forwards in the game.
